- Guidare e gestire le attività legate al sourcing e allo sviluppo di componenti per l'avviamento di nuovi progetti e processi;
- Lavorare in forte sinergia con R&D e Purchasing per le attività di ratio & cost saving annuali, nonché per le analisi tecniche sul prodotto finito e gli approfondimenti legati ai rientri di mercato al fine di trovare soluzioni efficaci e stabili nel tempo, in connessione con i fornitori aziendali;
- Mantenere i rapporti con i fornitori Europei ed Asiatici per la gestione delle non conformità e delle difettosità di componenti elettriche/elettroniche e di altre categorie merceologiche;
- Redigere piani di controllo dedicati per garantire la qualità dei componenti di fornitura e rispettare gli standard qualitativi delle forniture;
- Nell'ambito della messa in produzione di nuovi progetti, seguire e supervisionare le preserie e le produzioni dei componenti e dei pre-assemblati;
- Collaborare con l'Advanced Quality alla definizione delle specifiche di progetto, al fine di rispettare gli standard definiti dalla casa madre tedesca.
- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza maturati all'interno di aziende modernamente organizzate;
- Problem solving e capacità di analisi;
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto GSuite;
- Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali.
