WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will oversee main analysis on business trends and support the Consulting Team in project management, pricing, and investments, working closely with local Officers as a Business Partner.

You will coordinate frequent updates on key financial metrics at EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) level, and at Practice Area level.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Reporting and analysis (preparation of a monthly updates and analysis on business performance at different levels, DSO reporting with monthly/weekly/daily updates for Leadership team where prioritization is key)Controlling Project economics and forecasting and overseeing their lead to cash cycle
Pricing and Investments activities related to Client projects;
Monitoring Sales Development expenses;
Providing support in the budgeting and planning phase;
Maintaining our reporting systems updated

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

At least 5 years prior experience in a professional services firm environment (preferably a multinational company) in a Business Controller role;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Italian and English (C1);
Advanced level experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook;
Strong analytical mindset, as well as proactive and strategic approach;
Strong integrity and ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;
Cooperative approach, ability to work in team.

YOU'LL WORK WITH:

You will be working within the Finance department of BCG Italy, responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG.
