- Fornire chiare indicazioni e istruzioni ai membri del team (compresi i fornitori e i diversi componenti del team) e agli stakeholder per consentire loro di svolgere i propri compiti di progetto; chiarire i compiti, i ruoli e le funzioni dei membri del team;
- Incoraggiare i contributi e gli input dei membri del team e degli altri stakeholder chiave del progetto, riconoscere gli sforzi compiuti dai membri del team e premiarli di conseguenza;
- Fornire una valutazione chiara e imparziale del movimento e della natura dei progetti in relazione ai costi e alle spese di produzione;
- Determinare il momento opportuno per avanzare nei progetti e passare a fasi successive. Inoltre, riconoscere quando certe strategie non sono efficaci e attuare un cambiamento di piani;
- Effettuare valutazioni e aggiustamenti costanti entro un determinato periodo di tempo per garantire che i fattori interni ed esterni non ne risentano;
- Mantenere un'interazione diretta e aperta con i manager per assicurarsi che tutte le risorse necessarie per il progetto siano disponibili e considerare anche la negoziazione di modifiche ai piani del progetto per ottenere la migliore offerta;
- Interagire e gestire regolarmente i fornitori coinvolti nel progetto verificando la conformità in termini di tempi, prestazioni, costi e convalida.
