Your role:

The purpose of this role is to support our Bid Support team in developing winning bids.

This role has the following areas of focus:

  • Support in Investigation, Review and Analysis of potential Tenders over Web Platforms.
  • Manage, under the supervision of the Bid Coordinator, the tender submission process, including online portals, document uploads, and adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including, marketing, legal, finance, and technical experts, to gather relevant information and inputs.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary documentation required for the tender submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
  • Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process

Required:

***- Experience as Junior Tender Specialists and/or Document Control

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to details and sense of responsibility
  • Dedication to achieving challenging deadlines and good time management skills
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to relate to external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage stress and selfmanagement of tasks
  • Experience within a design firm is welcome but not essential
  • Certificate protected categories law 68/99
