Your role:

The purpose of this role is to support our Bid Support team in developing winning bids.

This role has the following areas of focus:

Support in Investigation, Review and Analysis of potential Tenders over Web Platforms.
Manage, under the supervision of the Bid Coordinator, the tender submission process, including online portals, document uploads, and adherence to submission deadlines.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including, marketing, legal, finance, and technical experts, to gather relevant information and inputs.
Prepare and compile all necessary documentation required for the tender submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process

Required:

***- Experience as Junior Tender Specialists and/or Document Control

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Attention to details and sense of responsibility
Dedication to achieving challenging deadlines and good time management skills
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to relate to external and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage stress and selfmanagement of tasks
Experience within a design firm is welcome but not essential
Certificate protected categories law 68/99
