What we offerAs the Customer Service Representative you will be in charge ofEnsuring the best possible Customer experienceServing a defined set of customers together with the respective Key Account ManagerActing as the primary contact point between the Customer and the Operations team(engineering, workshop, supply chain, quality)
Receiving and maintaining customer orders in the ERP systemProviding quotations in the targeted cycle timeTracking and monitoring the progress of all transactional projects to keep the promised delivery timeCommunicating and aligning pro-actively internally with the operations departmentsCommunicating pro-actively amongst others any potential delays with customers to keep the overall lead-time lowDeveloping and implementing customer specific KPIsManaging certificates/quality documents in line with customer needsFinally helping us transition from a "manage the order" to "manage the customer" mindsetWhat you should bring with youcommercial backgroundMinimum 5 years experience in as a customer service representative in a technical environment ideally in service environmentExperience with SAP 4,7 / SAP 6.
