A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer care specialist will be part of the after sales team - Italy.

In this position you will support all the activities related to spare parts and maintenance services sales at national level.



YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the development of the business area of spare parts, accessories, consumables, chemicals and water treatment systems;
  • Promptly assist service partners and customers about identifying correct spare parts, including third party appliances as part of maintenance contracts;
  • Proposals of market alternatives for universal components, accessories and consumables, regarding both the purchase phase and the supply during promotional activities;
  • Analyze price positioning of spare parts, in particular for what concerns new generic components or third party manufacturers;
  • Support all activities related to the management of maintenance contracts, e.g. quotation, final balance and monthly invoice of the services provided by the service partners, etc.;
  • Contribute to improving the service level of customer support according to the company guidelines;
  • Collect data and information from the After Sales network regarding opportunities and/or particular needs about spare parts (specific spare parts, outofstock codes or cancelled ones, old suppliers, etc.), verifying real needs and processing them in order to address a correct supply chain;
  • Guarantee a periodic update of the spare parts photographic catalogue providing technical support on the contents (technical bulletins, pictures, third party technical documentation, etc.).

YOU

  • Excellent communication skills and management of both internal and external professional relationships, always enabling team work;
  • Pragmatic, proactive and strategic approach towards problem solving and continuous improvement;
  • Creative and flexible attitude in problem solving;
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- technical education, university technical and management degree as a plus;
- minimum 3 years in After Sales areas, spare parts sales or similar, in food/laundry professional equipment is a plus;

  • Knowledge of tools and methodologies in managing spare parts business;
  • Technical knowledge of the product categories;
  • Experienced PC user (internet, MS Office in particular Excel); Access as a plus;
  • Knowledge about the market and product categories part of our portfolio and the one of third party manufacturers;
- fluent Italian, good English in both written and oral communication; Any other languages will be considered a plus
