- • Responsible for the daily booking of orders as well as the efficient and professional processing of all internal and external inquiries in our ticket system
• Independent processing of purchase requisitions for selected vendors
• Order processing and -management
• Independent margin control
• Preparation of offers based on predefined specifications
• Monitoring and control of backlog reports, delivery blocks, ship and debit conditions and processing of ETA requests
• Processing of complaints in cooperation with the internal sales department and after-sales management
• Department-specific administrative activities
• Close cooperation with the internal sales department and team leader
• Observe the workload in various mailboxes (RMT resolver groups) and discuss any necessary measures with the team leader
• Independent completion of assigned special tasks in regular coordination with the team leader
• Contact person for vendor-related processes and holding appropriate trainings
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes
• Take over escalation cases
