What will you do?

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide personal and operational support to the Legal Counsel, with the following activities

- [Litigation Matters]

Active and passive litigations with regard to real estate and corporate matters

- [Ordinary Corporate Governance]

Corporate Governance formalities both in Italy and abroad (Spain & France)

- [Extraordinary Transactions]

M&A Activities, due diligence, Equity and debt financing

- [Strategic Partnership]

Commercial Agreements

- [Intellectual Property] - monitoring and protection of the brand
- [Privacy] - support to the DPO

Summarize cases and prepare reports for the company's lawyers
Draft, proofread, file, organize, and archive legal documents and memos
Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments
Monitor changes in the law and jurisprudence, and draft updates

Required skills:

Confident and poised attitude in internal and external interactions
Legal research and organizational skills
Exceptional oral and good written communications skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Proficiency with office productivity tools

English

B2 or higher
Must be based in or around Milan, Italy
Italian citizen or legally authorized to live and work in Italy
