THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager for our Italian market.


As Demand Generation Manager for Italy, you will be able to directly impact Gympass's revenue, map the buyer's journey from start to close, and increase awareness across enterprise companies.


YOUR IMPACT

  • You will be responsible for generating the inbound pipeline and for supporting pipeline acceleration.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Create a lead generation strategy for enterprise and midmarket accounts (social media, events, nurture)
  • Understand the messaging and sales needs to move an opportunity from stage to stage
  • You will need to closely align with Sales Development and Sales to track the pipeline and define your strategy
  • You will need to work closely with crossfunctional marketing teams to ensure alignment and success of different channels to generate enterprise revenue.
  • You will be measured on: marketingsourced revenue, pipeline speed, and conversion rates.
  • You will be responsible for measuring and tracking different data points throughout the sales pipeline.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Demand generation background, with 4+ years of experience in a B2B environment
  • Good crossfunctional collaboration skills, rapid decisionmaking, and relationship building
  • Especially a good understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines
  • Strategic thinking and autonomy to prioritize tasks, problem solve and see the bigger picture
  • An OKR and datafocused approach to measuring your own performance
  • Italian native speaker and strong English skills (English is the corporate language and will be the main language of communication with your manager, marketing peers, and global counterparts)

Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday).


PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
