- Coordinate and manage civil and criminal litigation regarding violations of IP rights
- Manage and draft expert reports
- Coordinate and manage customs seizures and enforcement authorities within the territory, and provide specific training for law enforcement agencies
- Manage counterfeiting cases, both offline and online
- Manage relationships with Italian and foreign suppliers and industry associations
- Master's degree in legal studies with a specialization in IP law, license to practice law
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in the role within international company or law firm, focusing mainly on criminal aspects
- Strong knowledge of industrial law and industrial criminal law
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Analytical with synthesis skills, possessing a problem-solving attitude, and able to work well in team
- Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic
- Flexible and available for business trips
