- We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 4 years' PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
- Admission to the Italian bar required
- Candidates will ideally have strong litigation and commercial insurance experience gained in a leading law firm

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting primary domestic and multinational life and non-life (re)insurers, Lloyd's entities, intermediaries, banks, capital providers, regulators, and other insurance industry participants (including insurers) on insurance claims and relevant disputes and risk management issues in general.
The workstream also includes wide spectrum advisory work for the above-mentioned clients, including with regards to the regulatory issues and the development of new insurance products.
