- supportare le attività di post go-live (trouble shooting, knowledge transfert, avanzamenti)
- Laurea in ambito economico o gestionale
- Esperienza di 3-4 anni in ruoli di PMO all'interno di contesti consulting, financial services o insurance
- Esperienza in attività di delivery per progettualità legate alla trasformazione digitale e innovation
- Conoscenza di Project Management e consapevolezza KPI per il settore IT
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di gestione dei progetti per il settore IT
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
- Capacità di gestire i dati finanziari del progetto
- Inglese fluente
- Certificazioni in ambito Project Management
- Esperienza in ambito Sinistri
- Conoscenza applicata delle metodologie Agile Scrum, Kanban, ecc.
- Capacità di negoziazione e problem solving
- Attenzione ai dettagli
- Gestione della complessità
