Il nostro Cliente è una tra le più importanti realtà industriali italiane, con presenza a livello globale, che progetta, produce e distribuisce macchine e impianti complessi ad alto valore aggiunto, dove la componente di innovazione digitale e tecnologica rappresenta un aspetto cardine.Con l'obiettivo di consolidare ulteriormente la funzione IT, l'azienda cerca un/una:
Riportando al CIO e coordinando un team, dovrà comprendere le esigenze delle funzioni di business, nell'ottica di proporre miglioramenti e/o soluzioni innovative che siano di supporto per il raggiungimento dei target definiti.
In particolare, avrà la responsabilità di:
Acquisire una profonda conoscenza dei processi di Business per essere in grado di consigliare soluzioni applicative di alta qualità.Comprendere opzioni tecniche, vincoli, costi e rischi, confrontandosi con i system integrator e gli interlocutori di Business per modellare di conseguenza i requisiti delle soluzioni progettate.Tradurre i requisiti utente concettuali in requisiti funzionali chiari e dettagliati.Supportare i system integrator interni o esterni durante lo sviluppo, il test e il rilascio delle soluzioni applicative progettate, esaminando gli output prodotti per garantire che i requisiti siano stati interpretati correttamente. Creare/rivedere la documentazione di progetto, inclusa la documentazione del business case, l'analisi funzionale, i flussi di processo, i manuali d'uso e il materiale di training.Gestire la formazione e un primo livello di supporto agli utenti nelle fasi di messa in produzione delle soluzioni implementate, coinvolgendo i partner esterni ove necessario.Fornire report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti gestiti, monitorando il rispetto degli obiettivi di qualità, tempi e costi.Il/la candidato/a ideale è Laureato in Ingegneria Elettronica o Informatica e ha maturato, all'interno di realtà strutturate, una solida esperienza in ruoli analoghi come business partner delle funzioni centrali (HR, Finance, Marketing).
