Contribuisce al processo di Sviluppo calzature tipologia classic & casual e collabora, laddove necessario sulle altre tipologie (i.e. sneakers);
Prende in carico il processo di industrializzazione e ne segue la messa in Produzione;
Si interfaccia con il team di Produzione per garantire i timing di sblocco nel rispetto dei Drops;
Segue gli sviluppi a taglie dei componenti e le eventuali lavorazioni verificandone la buona realizzazione;
Si assicura che le istruzioni tecniche di produzione siano correttamente eseguite dai calzaturifici;
Contribuisce ad apportare miglioramenti per facilitare la messa in produzione con conseguente riduzione di tempi e costi nel rispetto delle indicazioni del look richiesto dall'Ufficio Stile;
Si coordina con il team Costing per eventuali cambi materiali o di lavorazione al fine di rispettare i margini previsti;
Si coordina con i colleghi/le colleghe dello Shoes Development fornendo indicazioni per i cambi scheda produzione;
Collabora col team di Quality Control alla redazione di documenti destinati ai calzaturifici finalizzati a garantire la conformità della produzione;
Partecipa alle riunioni di aggiornamento con la Produzione.
