La persona inserita, dopo un primo periodo di formazione e affiancamento sui nostri servizi e strumenti, gestirà in autonomia lo sviluppo commerciale ed i processi di selezione di tutti i profili relativi alla propria area di specializzazione.
In particolare si occuperà di: sviluppo commerciale, brief con il cliente per la raccolta delle esigenze di selezione, screening curricula, contatto e convocazione candidati, interviste telefoniche/video secondo la metodologia sviluppata da Ricercamy.
Sono richiesti da due a cinque anni di esperienza nelle selezioni di personale. Gradita la provenienza da agenzie per il lavoro e/o società di Ricerca e Selezione del Personale in cui si è ricoperto anche un ruolo di sviluppo commerciale.
Cerchiamo persone flessibili, autonome, con comprovate capacità organizzative ed un forte interesse per le risorse umane che conoscano il territorio.
Si offre iniziale contratto (a tempo determinato o indeterminato) sulla base dell'esperienza maturata.
Le attività si svolgeranno all'80% in Smart Working.
L'impegno potrà essere part time e/o full time
