Neo diplomato/a in informatica_Technical Service Department
Compiti
La risorsa verrà affiancata e formata nello svolgimento di attività di after sales legate a progetti, tipicamente di elevata personalizzazione software (sistemi di parcheggio automatici, dissuasori e roadblocker). In particolare, si occuperà di presidiare le attività di installazione e avviamento dei progetti fino all'accettazione da parte del cliente finale e le successive attività di assistenza, hardware e software, siano esse in periodo di garanzia, fuori garanzia o sotto contratto di manutenzione.
Agevolerà il miglioramento continuo del prodotto e delle sue funzionalità evidenziando eventuali osservazioni e difficoltà riscontrate durante l'attività di cantiere.
