    Rina is searching for an Infrastructure & Mobility Projects Project Advisor to join its team in Genoa, Italy, specifically within the Infrastructure Division.

    Key Role

    Rina is currently looking for a Project Advisor in the Infrastructure & Mobility Projects sector to be part of their team in Genoa, Italy, focusing on Construction Safety.

    Role Expectations

    • Manage financial aspects of Engineering projects (Revenues, Costs, Invoicing, etc.) and communicate outcomes with key stakeholders
    • Provide support to the Operational Unit Manager, including IT system usage, supplier engagement, and invoicing
    • Track performance indicators, analyze trends, and address unexpected variances
    • Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to resolve business or administrative issues
    • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and enhance existing processes
    • Handle document control and technical administrative tasks

    Requirements

    • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or General Engineering
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the finance department of a large company
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus

    Education

    High School Diploma/GED
