- Predisporre e gestire la sistematica raccolta dei dati (consuntivi e previsivi), valutando al contempo l'efficacia dei processi, proponendo eventuali azioni correttive, nell'ottica di un continuo miglioramento sia dei processi aziendali che la tempestività e accuratezza dei dati;
- Elaborare i dati raccolti per produrre le relazioni informative specifiche destinate ai vertici del Gruppo, collaborando con i vari responsabili delle Business Line nell'analisi e validazione dei dati;
- Analizzare i dati di consuntivi e previsivi, effettuare le verifiche di merito con gli uffici interessati per valutare scostamenti ed identificare driver sottostanti;
- Valutare l'andamento complessivo del Gruppo tramite KPI/reportistica standard/analisi "ad hoc" segnalando aree di attenzione e proponendo i necessari correttivi in caso di eventuali disequilibri;
- Coordinamento e supporto a progetti Corporate per il miglioramento del sistema di controllo interno.
- Laurea in Economia e commercio/aziendale;
- Esperienza di 5/6 anni in analoga funzione in aziende modernamente strutturate operanti nel comparto manifatturiero e/o società di revisione.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Gradita la conoscenza dei principali ERP aziendali (Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, AS400);
- Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di consolidamento come SAP BPC;
- Ottime capacità relazionali, eccellenti capacità di ascolto, ottime abilità comunicative;
- Attitudine al Problem solving;
- Cura ed attenzione ai dettagli;
- Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi ed abilità al lavoro in autonomia;
- Forte integrità morale ed etica del lavoro.
