Dealer Coach (German Language)
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing.
Activities:
Kick-off: program presentation;
Implement Builder's Standards and Processes;
Back-office activities
Identify and monitor KPIs Used;
Highlight and share in a reasoned manner strengths/weaknesses as well as axes;
Dealer Improvement Analysis (SWOT Analysis);
Develop a periodic action plan and monitor implementation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
Mandatory knowledge of German and English language (at least B2).
Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
Knowledge of technical documentation.
Coaching experience on Used Car at manufacturer or dealership
Good command of Office Package (Excel in particular)
Customer Orientation
Willingness to travel frequently
Good interpersonal skills
