    Main activities

  • Management of requests for assistance from customers (manufacturers and installers);
  • Remote technical assistance on installations, malfunctions / spare parts;
  • Support for the drafting and updating of manuals ;
  • Provide instructions and training to customers on the use and management of automation systems , ensuring a correct understanding of the functionalities and operating procedures;
  • Maintain updated knowledge on the latest technologies and trends in the automation sector by participating in specific training courses and workshops;
  • Maintain constant contact with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Requirements

    Fundamentals/Must haves

  • Technical diploma or degree (electronics/electrical engineering or similar);
  • Previous experience in the automation sector or in similar roles;
  • Independence with the English language, essential for foreign customers .

    • Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the principles of electronics , networking and home automation;
  • Skill in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer orientation;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team , effectively managing priorities and respecting deadlines.

    • Benefits

    Partial coverage of canteen expenses and company welfare

    Compensation Package

    Indicative RAL range: €30,000 - €35,000

    The remuneration package will be commensurate with the seniority of the resource .
