- Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets - La Terrazza Restaurant and Splendido Grill Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
- Support the Chef de Rang with service
- Take care of the mise en place
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.

We are looking for a Commis de Rang for the next season (spring/summer 2024) to join our restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He/she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.
He/She should have customer service attitudes.
He/She reports to Chef de Rang.
