The activity of the Supplier Convergence Leader (SCL) is in the Equipped Body Design and Conformity group.Responsible for the compliance convergence of strategic partsResponsible for ensuring the application of compliant processes by suppliersLocation: April – November 2024: TurinDecember 2024 – September 2025: MelfiResponsibilities: Animation and Management of the Supplier Compliance DashboardManage the "Supplier control jig vs MAPIEX " correlationLead and train the part supplier for conformity and compliance processesLead and control the Quality Analyst activitiesLeads supplier quality reviews and LUDF (Unique List of Supplier Defects)Verify and track component Pelletizing (Pastillage)Proposes to the SSLM the suppliers to be escalated based on the BCI business criteriaFollow-up of suppliers at risk / in escalationPrioritize supplier compliance actions consistent with expected vehiclesCoach strategic suppliers on the execution of compliance process standards by animating the process compliance dashboard.
