- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Assisting companies in identifying and evaluating merger or acquisition opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing the transaction process
- Corporate finance: financial valuation of companies, financial planning, working capital management, capital structuring and financial risk management
- Financing and capital raising: assistance in seeking external financing, evaluating financing options, preparing capital raising documents and negotiating with financial institutions and investors
- Business valuations: determining the financial value of a company or its business unit
- Strategic consultancy: analysis and evaluation of corporate strategies, identification of growth opportunities and evaluation of market risks and opportunities.
- Degree in economics
- Consolidated experience gained in consultancy or management of corporate clients within qualified companies specializing in corporate finance or strategic consultancy
- Alternatively, backgrounds in the sector of institutional and financial investors (investment banks, private equity) or in internal corporate finance and M&A departments of large companies will be evaluated with interest
- Solid skills in Mergers & Acquisitions, structured finance, management consultancy, business plan analysis
- Knowledge of the English language
- Management of complex projects
- Balance sheet skills
- International mindset
- Masters in Business Administration or similar
