    Job summary: We are looking for a Booking Intern to join our Booking Department at Melià Milano . We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have a propensity for relationships with customers.

    What will I be doing?

  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements
  • Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers' desired travel dates
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
  • Selling and promoting reservation services
  • Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
  • Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation

    • What are we looking for?

  • Fluent command of English and Italian, additional language is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
