Data-driven sales, revenue growth management, in-store excellence, "phygital" retail with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) approach are the pillars of this transformation.

Role overview

  • Support the execution of the projects for the digital transformation in Sales Measure salesforce productivity, rethink the organization, create opportunities of best practice sharing across Europe, promoting the cultural change for an innovative digital approach.
  • Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to optimize sales operations, implement new sales strategies, and develop new processes and procedures (continuous improvement program)
  • Support the change management providing documentation and training for the system and processes adoption
  • Be the reference point for sales tools, processes and methodology
  • Support the design, development, delivery of the projects
  • Conduct performance analyses of the Sales organization identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives
  • Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
What you need to succeed

  • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, problemsolving/ root cause skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a largescale organization.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Familiarity with reporting systems and commercial control models
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • CRM systems/Customer experience
  • Sales reporting systems and KPIs (QLIK preferred)
  • SFDC/SAP

  • 24 years in consultancy firm with a PMO experience
