Per azienda cliente, realtà internazionale leader nel settore servizi di consulenza e ingegneria per la gestione dei patrimoni immobiliari, con sede a Milano, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Executice & Relation Assistant.ResponsibilitiesLa figura sarà inserita i un contesto stimolante e tecnologico, a supporto trasversalmente il Board of Senior. Nello specifico, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Gestione delle relazioni interne ed esterne, anche internazionali, anche al fine di monitorare l'avanzamento delle attività, facilitando la comunicazione e lo scambio di informazioni;
Redazione report, presentazioni, comunicazioni, NdA, partnership;
Gestione dei rapporti e monitoraggio delle evoluzioni delle partnership;
Partecipazione e/o redazione reportistica eventi/ incontri/ meeting su attività di networking/business;
Supporto alla pianificazione e organizzazione di eventi e/o speach anche attivandosi per la predisposizione del materiale preliminare necessario;
Gestione dell'agenda;
Coordinamento di personale interno per la gestione delle trasferte e dei pernottamenti;
Controllo e gestione email;
Accoglienza clienti;
Gestione prenotazioni ordini e spedizioni.
Your ProfileVerranno prese in considerazione esclusivamente le figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in scienze politiche, umanistiche, sociali o in ambito comunicazione;
Madrelingua inglese e/o esperienza pluriennale di lavoro all'estero in territorio di lingua inglese con acquisizione livello C1;
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Ottime capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione in ottica proattiva e predittiva al fine di supportare al meglio il time management del BoS, nel pieno rispetto delle scadenze
È gradita la provenienza dal settore Real Estate management e/o Strategy Consultancy
Completano il profilo:
Ottime capacità comunicative orali e scritte anche al fine di redigere documentazione sia interna, sia ad uso esterno
Spiccate capacità relazionali: saper ispirare fiducia ed essere affidabili, interagire con pazienza, curiosità, empatia, riservatezza, attenzione ai dettagli e discrezione, avere doti di comprensione e ascolto
Sede di lavoro: Milano. Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte, anche all'estero.
La RAL e l'Inquadramento saranno commisurati all'esperienza effettiva maturata.
