- You have at least 4 years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably in game design or product management within structured casual mobile gaming publishers or game studios;
- You have a degree in economics and management, industrial design, computer science, engineering or anyway some form of higher education related to game design or game product management;
- You have excellent knowledge of productivity tools such as Office, Slack, Jira, Figma, etc. and a good understanding of game programming language, preferibly of Unity;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You love challenges and you are innovative, proactive, autonomous, team worker, passionate about gaming and able to relate to end customers and users, whoever they might be;
- You know how to manage a game design project (manage people; work in a team, run projects and respect deadlines and budgets, interact with international cross-functional teams etc.).
- Specific expertise in the Italian market and/or on app-based freemium casual mobile games products;
- Previous experience in casual freemium app based game design and/or intelluctual property franchise based games;
- Knowledge of Unity as a programmer;
- Expertise in internationally accepted standards of game performance sales and engagement KPIs;
- Knowledge of French, Turkish or Albanian languages.

Within an articulated Innovation Strategy, Sisal has recently started exploring the non-gambling, casual mobile gaming market launching the Sisal FunClub mobile game App and brand, under which to create and distribute products developed by an internal studio with the support of a world leading gaming software provider and publisher.
What you'll do:
As Game Design Advisor, You will join the team of Corporate Strategy and in particular the Innovation Strategy Function, reporting to the Innovation Strategy Manager;
You will have the opportunity to be involved in key decisions regarding the development of Sisal's non gambling product portfolio, such as the Sisal FunClub games, providing expertise and considerate evaluations in proposing solutions concerning all aspects of game design. Areas and activities you will be involved in as a key decision maker will be, for example:-
You will be supporting with your activity key strategic decisions concerning the evolutionary development of existing Sisal's non gambling products and the introduction of new ones, both in the Italian market and also potentially for international markets, possibly including the adaptation of games to other international concepts and group brands;
You will work within the Strategy team cooperating with the Online market team in delivering the necessary product quality needed for them to succesfully market Sisal's non-gambling product offer and will be jointly responsible of the non-gambling product line results;
In designing and providing expertise to the development teams, you will cooperate with external software and content providers and with the game development internal UX and IT functions, providing sufficiently detailed user requirements for them to efficiently and effectively deliver the product.
