- Sviluppo e implementazione di Costing Strategy: sviluppare e implementare strategie finalizzate a ottenere il miglior rapporto qualità costo, supportando il processo in fase di progettazione proponendo finiture tecniche, ottimizzazioni sui consumi e benchmark di mercato per il raggiungimento dei target price richiesti dal Merchandising.
- Gestione tempi : gestire i cicli di lavorazione della collezione e della pre industrializzazione, collaborando con l'Atelier interno (modelleria ed area tecnica) e con i fornitori esterni.
- Analisi dei costi: condurre l'analisi dei costi e le iniziative di riduzione dei costi per identificare le aree che possono essere ottimizzate e migliorate nell'intero flusso di lavoro, verificando i consumi e la collaborazione con la modelleria interna e i fornitori, eseguendo benchmark di mercato, in base alle tempistiche del prodotto.
- Analisi dei dati: raccogliere e analizzare i dati relativi ai prezzi, all'evoluzione della collezione e alle tempistiche al fine di preparare delle reportistiche che possano migliorare i processi.
- Coordinamento con RTW Industrial team: costante collaborazione con il team industrial per monitorare l'evoluzione del costo dei prodotti in funzione delle decisioni prese in fase di sdifettamento di produzione in collaborazione con il team di industrializzazione e qualità materia prima e prodotto finito
- Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza maturata in ambito produttivo costing, tempi e metodi
- Skills tecniche inerenti a prodotti di RTW commercializzato e industrializzato;
- Conoscenza del prodotto e passione per la moda unite a una spiccata attitudine analitica;
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione di molteplici attività e di rispetto delle scadenze in un ambiente dimanico
- Orientamento al dettaglio, dinamismo e proattività
- Lavoro di squadra e buone capacità relazionali
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel e Power Point) e di PLM e Stealth3k
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibile a frequenti spostamenti presso Milano HQ / fornitori
- Conoscenza di tutte le categorie di abbigliamento: tessuto, maglieria, pelle, accessori di abbigliamento in tessuto, maglieria e pelle.

Mission: Come Ready-to-Wear Costing, Times & Methods Manager, sarai di supporto all'organizzazione nella definizione dei costi dei prodotti finiti di tutte le categorie di prodotto di RTW quali; capi in tessuto e pelle, maglieria, jersey, denim e accessori di abbigliamento in tessuto pelle e maglieria. L'attività inizia fin dalla fase di prototipia seguendo lo sviluppo del campionario pre-industrializzando i capi in collaborazione con Product Dept, gli Atelier interni e i fornitori esterni. Assicurando che i nostri prodotti soddisfino i più elevati standard di qualità, lavorerai con il team di industrializzatori di categoria per monitorare le eventuali modifiche di costo derivanti dalla fase di sdifettamento produzione. Supportando il team di Sviluppo Prodotto di categoria parteciperai attivamente alla creazione e certificazione del costo industriale di ogni capo, sarai di supporto nell'importante fase di verifica dei consumi e potrai supportare il processo proponendo idee e soluzioni per ottimizzare il costo dei prodotti finiti per rispettare i target price definiti dal Merchandising Collection. Parteciperai attivamente a ciascuna fase di pre pricing e pricing che si terranno a Milano.
