Role Purpose

Act as a strategic and innovative partner for the Cluster / Region / Global Finance community inspiring by state of the art best practices.

Contribute to the strategy development of the organization and ensure its execution within the function

Your Key Responsibilities

Drive the budgeting process, develop and implement strategic short and longterm financials and business plans, ensuring alignment across the organization,
Lead the business in managing Financial performances setting targets and KPIs, monitor business performance against set objectives and eventually adopting risk mitigation actions to ensure the highest impact.
Engage proactively in external and commercial activities with the objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for the business.
Oversee risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls, Internal and External Audits) and ensure the most effective and efficient internal processes
Conduct market studies and financial analyses based on external / competitor benchmark.
Lead and develop the Finance & Strategy teams within the country and build a cross cluster talent pipeline

Minimum requirements
Minimum requirements

University Degree in Finance or related field.
Advanced degree / MBA in business, finance or economics preferred
At least 7 years in a similar role and in a complex and multicultural environment
Fluent in English, Italian as a plus
