- Sviluppare un sistema di monitoraggio dei programmi nazionali e internazionali di SOS Villaggi dei Bambini Italia, attraverso la creazione di nuovi strumenti e/o l'adattamento di strumenti esistenti.
- Collaborare con le aree Programmi Nazionali & Advocacy (APA) e Emergenze e Programmi Internazionali (EPI) di SOS Villaggi dei Bambini con l'obiettivo di creare degli standard minimi di qualità nel monitoraggio e valutazione dei progetti rispettivamente gestiti (attraverso interviste, focus groups, desk review, affiancamento, ecc.)
- Skill inventory delle competenze MEAL interne all'organizzazione
- Elaborazione ed erogazione di un pacchetto formativo, in collaborazione con la funzione HR di riferimento.
- Sviluppare tools per un corretto sistema di knowledge management MEAL all'interno e tra le aree dell'organizzazione, in collaborazione con la funzione HR di riferimento
- Advisory tecnica per l'implementazione di due progetti di area EPI
- Almeno 7 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili
- Conoscenza C2 della lingua inglese e italiana, la conoscenza del francese costituisce carattere preferenziale
- Conoscenza dei requisiti MEAL dei maggiori donatori istituzionali (AICS, Unione Europea, Fondazione Cariplo, Ministero dell'Interno, ecc.)
- Esperienza pregressa dimostrabile nello sviluppo ed erogazione di training in ambito MEAL e/o simili

OBIETTIVI
In collaborazione con le funzioni di pianificazione e controllo strategico e IPD Manager il MEAL Expert dovrà impostare un efficace sistema di monitoraggio quali/quantitativo per i progetti e i programmi nazionali, europei e internazionali di SOS Villaggi dei Bambini, supportando le aree programmatiche nel roll-out del sistema e nell'utilizzo di strumenti ad hoc e contribuendo al rafforzamento della cultura del dato nell'organizzazione
