PosizioneSiamo alla ricerca di ununa Organization Manager,che si unirà al nostro team di Organizzazione & Change Management.
,Quali saranno le tue responsabilità
• Garantire la coerenza e la sostenibilità dell'impianto organizzativo complessivo
• Vigilare il processo di esternalizzazione, con particolare riferimento al supporto alle Aree committenti per le necessarie valutazioni ex ante
• Presidiare il piano di continuità operativa, con particolare riferimento al supporto alle Aree operative per l'identificazione dei processi critici, la definizione delle misure di continuità e la gestione dei test
• Controllare il MOG231, con particolare riferimento al supporto alle Aree impattate per la mappatura dei rischi, individuazione delle attività sensibili e dei relativi protocolli
• Supportare le Aree operative nella redazione e nell'aggiornamento della Normativa Interna
• Gestire, nell'ambito delle proprie responsabilità, tutti i flussi informativi verso il Consiglio di Amministrazione e gli Organi di Vigilanza (se previsto)
• Esperienza pregressa di 7/10 anni in un ruolo analogo all'interno di una realtà bancaria/finanziaria vigilata
• Laurea triennale/magistrale in discipline economiche o umanistiche
• Spirito di iniziativa e capacità di gestione del tempo, con un approccio fortemente orientato agli obiettivi
• Capacità analitiche ed organizzative
• Flessibilità nella gestione dei picchi di attività e rispetto delle scadenze
La sede di lavoro potrà essere presso gli uffici di Biella, Milano o Torino e sarà prevista la possibilità di lavorare in smart working.
