Per multinazionale operante nel settore termotecnico siamo alla ricerca di un INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEERIl candidato, inserito all'interno del dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale, si occuper dell'attivit di industrializzazione dei prodotti, l'ampliamento della capacit produttiva, il revamping delle linee di produzione, l'implementazione di un processo di produzione efficiente, del miglioramento dei flussi, e della riduzione dei tempi di produzione, rispettando i requisiti di qualit del prodotto.La figura ricercata ha maturato esperienza in un'ampia gamma di tecnologie di produzione, della logistica, oltre a sistemi informatici e di controllo di gestione, ed è in grado di applicare tecnologie all'avanguardia per soddisfare esigenze aziendali sempre più competitive.Le attivit saranno le seguenti:• Revisione e aggiornamento del layout degli impianti,
• Predisposizione delle specifiche tecniche di acquisto relative a nuove attrezzature o linee di produzione complete,
• Follow-up e coordinamento con i fornitori durante le fasi di progettazione e produzione di nuovi impianti,
• Pianificazione e follow-up delle attivit di installazione e messa in servizio delle linee di produzione,
• Ottimizzazione dei flussi di materiali e miglioramento dell'OEE delle linee di produzione,
• Preparazione delle istruzioni di lavoro dettagliate e formazione del personale
• Monitorare le prestazioni delle linee e della manodopera, in conformit con i KPI concordati
• Progettare e implementare stazioni di lavoro efficienti per ridurre i costi di produzione, prendendo in considerazione i requisiti e le direttive HSE, i principi Lean e gli aspetti di qualit
• Pianificare le risorse e programmare le attivit al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnati
• Collaborare con gli altri dipartimenti per redigere la stima dei costi sui nuovi progettiLa figura sar a diretto riporto del Direttore di StabilimentoRequisiti richiesti:Laurea in ingegneriaConsolidata esperienza nel ruolo in aziende che realizzano prodotti finiti nel settore elettromeccanicoConoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, competenze di project management, team working e leadership completano il profiloInquadramento livello B3 e retribuzione in linea con l'esperienza maturata.Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Pordenone vetrinabakeca
