Responsibilities:
successfully manage dedicated procurement team to deliver added value worldwide, identify personal capabilities and needs of each team member and ensure long-term growthactively identify business needs and formalize requirements in cooperation with stakeholders to deliver added valueoptimize the end-to-end Procurement-to-Pay process and outcomes (updating Procurement SOP accordingly)secure vendors risk assessment, and quality checks accordingly with PLG guidelines and policiesselect / source services, identify strategic partnerships through RFI – RFP – RFQ process, negotiate fair conditions with suppliers and contractors (commercial conditions and prices)ensure procurement policy and compliancereview past purchases and existing vendor partnerships to define long-term goals and procurement strategy,evaluate vendors' performance (measure effectiveness, compliance and ultimately, the business's return on investment (ROI))reduce costs, improving outcomesperform annual spend analysis and liaise with BU heads and Finance for budgeting activitiesReporting to the CFLO, the Procurement manager will be working closing with:
