    Main activities

  • Based on Group demand, rolling update of production planning and alignment with the various internal interfaces in order to respect the order plan and deliveries to distribution centers and end customers;
  • Organization of input flows, storage and movement of materials in order to optimize intra-logistic processes and guarantee the constant supply of production lines;
  • Monitoring of logistics KPIs in order to verify the effectiveness of the existing operating model; in-depth analysis of the areas of continuous improvement on which to act; definition and implementation of action plans aimed at improving logistics indices;
  • Project leading role in relation to the strategic innovation project of company logistics, coordinating both the internal figures involved in the project and the external suppliers, ensuring compliance with the investments and project deadlines;
  • Management of the 3 managers of their area and supervision of all operational staff employed in the handling of materials and the finished product;
  • Supervision of inventory activities, as well as activities aimed at reconciling physical-accounting differences; returns management, organization of shipments and transport.

    • Requirements

    Fundamentals/Must haves

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent university education;
  • Experience gained in positions of responsibility in the Logistics - Supply Chain sector within complex and advanced manufacturing companies , operating in the mass-production sector and characterized by high automation and strong management flexibility;

    • Preferential/Nice to have

  • Ability to analyze business processes and implement important revisions of logistics flows through digitalisation and continuous improvement processes;
  • Knowledge of SAP
