- Prospecting e scouting delle opportunità di finanziamento;
- Stesura, gestione, monitoraggio e rendicontazione dei progetti (fondazioni, EU e istituzioni nazionali);
- Monitoraggio e supporto ai partner per una corretta gestione finanziaria dei progetti, in accordo con le linee guida degli enti finanziatori in termini di implementazione budget, eleggibilità dei costi, rendicontazione ed audit;
- Supporto e affiancamento dei Project Manager durante la fase progettuale, gestione amministrativa e finanziaria (timesheet, budget, documenti di supporto, etc.);
- Gestione e caring delle relazioni con gli enti finanziatori ed i partner coinvolti negli interventi seguiti;
- Collaborazione con le funzioni di amministrazione e risorse umane per la finalizzazione dei dettagli contrattuali e finanziari in tutte le fasi dei progetti;
- Gestione di audit interni o esterni di progetto.
- Laurea nel campo economico o delle scienze sociali, sarà considerato un requisito preferenziali aver frequentato un master in progettazione/europrogettazione;
- Esperienza minima di 3 anni nell'ambito della progettazione con una conoscenza approfondita del lavoro con fondazioni, donatori istituzionali, bandi europei, amministrazione di progetto e rendicontazione;
- Conoscenza delle tecniche e degli strumenti del Project Cycle Management;
- Esperienza in budgeting, monitoraggio economico-finanziario, gestione cofinanziamenti, rendicontazione, gestione audit;
- Conoscenza delle procedure di rendicontazione dei principali donatori istituzionali e delle linee guida per applicare ai bandi istituzionali;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, e in particolare di excel e tecnologie cloud;
- Ottime capacità organizzative, di gestione del tempo e delle scadenze;
- Forte interesse personale e professionale sui temi sociali e culturali di cui si occupa l'organizzazione;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e orale;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Capacità di gestione dello stress attraverso il rispetto delle scadenze e delle tempistiche date;
- Condivisione della mission di Antoniano.
