The BMS Engineer plays a crucial role in our company's HV Battery System Development Dept. We require skilled engineers who can lead the technical development of battery projects with customers around the world.

Responsabilitá

Definition of the requirements for the Battery Management System HW&SW up to DVP planning
Coordination of all relevant HW&SW development topics with the BMS development partner
Development/design of the LV E/E HV system architecture
Supplier Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and optimization
Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress.

Competenze richieste

Technical education in Electric/Electronic/Computer Engineering or similar
Proven experience in the development of embedded systems and/or battery management.
Understanding of circuit design (both digital and analog), embedded circuits (SoCs, etc) and power electronics
Understanding of Systems/Requirement Engineering & Tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, MicroFocus ALM)
Basic understanding SW/function development, electrics etc.
Desirable: Matlab, Python, automotive data & application tools (Vector CANoe, ETAS)
Communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality
Strong communication & presentation skills
Vehicle development process knowledge
Fluent in Italian and very good English knowledge
Availability for occasional business trips
EU citizenship or Full time Working Permit required
