This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter who understands the importance of collaboration as this position will be responsible for providing advanced analytical insights to customers around the globe.
Position Responsibilities:
Help customers, both internal and external, understand and solve complex problems and maximize efficiency while leveraging Boeing's Digital Offerings.
Generate advanced analytical insights; using large data sets identify root causes, threats, errors, and opportunities so that they can be actioned.
Communicate analytical insights in an easily digestible and actionable manner.Works directly with customers and stakeholders to scope analytical projects, obtain relevant data, validate findings, and share results.
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving.
Ensures customer commitments and service levels are achieved or exceeded.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
Maintain SME level awareness of several of Boeing's Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) products. Some travel will be required. Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way.
This is an individual contributor role managing analysis and customer partnership.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 + years Aeronautical experience including:
Aerospace engineering background, flight deck operations, piloting, commercial airline operations, or military flight operations.5 + years analytical experience.
Strong presentation skills to executive level audience.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Candidate must be able to support our global customer base with a flexible work schedule which may include late or early meetings.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higherExperience presenting data insightsExperience with data mining and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Experience with flight safety programs such as Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) / Flight Data Monitoring (FDM).Piloting or reliability engineering experience.
