- Conduct scouting and qualification of POS providers.
- Conduct technical research and product qualification of POS systems.
- Conduct software and hardware performance testing on POS prototypes.
- Customise device requirements, according to Worldline's clients needs
- Perform end-to-end testing of customized POS devices.
- Provide technical assistance to our network of installers.
- Collaborate closely with the business to ensure that our solutions are aligned with client's needs.
- You will have the opportunity to attend international discussion tables on technological evolution
- Background in Technical Education
- You have Knowledge of physical POS devices or at least 3 years' experience working with software and hardware systems comparable to Point of Sales (POS) such as cash registers, and telecommunication devices.
- Familiarity with technical support, networking, and firewall setup is a plus.
- Excellent team collaboration and interaction skills.
- You are fluent in Italian and English to liaise with our international vendors
- Motivation and passion for the payment industry
- Generic Knowledge of EMV protocol, PCI, International and domestic scheme regulation is considered and asset
