· Identificare le soluzioni migliori, più efficienti e innovative, in termini di costi/benefici
· Ottimizzare i componenti per ottenere performance eccellenti
· Identificare e risolvere rapidamente i bug
· Contribuire al mantenimento di un'elevata qualità del codice in termini di leggerezza, leggibilità, organizzazione e riusabilità
· Ottima competenza di Java, Java EE e Spring framework
· Ottima competenza di Golang (go)
· Familiarità nell'uso di Hibernate
· Buona competenza di PLSql/Oracle e MongoDB
· Buona competenza di Kubernetes
· Buona competenza nella gestione di eventi (JMS ed Eventhub)
· Buona conoscenza di meccanismi di test (Junit e Mockito)
· Esperienza nell'integrazione ed esposizione di API Rest
· Conoscenza dei moderni meccanismi di autorizzazione/autenticazione (come JSON Web Token, OAuth e OpenAM, Flexid, Azure AD)
· Familiarità con le moderne pipeline di build e distribuzione
· Capacità di comprendere i requisiti aziendali e tradurli in requisiti tecnici
· Un talento per il benchmarking e l'ottimizzazione
· Familiarità con gli strumenti di controllo del versionamento del codice (come Git e SVN)
· Utilizzo di tool di monitoraggio per implementazione dashboard
