    Main Responsibilities

  • It ensures the achievement of company objectives, carries out the ordinary administrative acts necessary for corporate management, takes care of the organization of human resources, systems and materials, in harmony with the duties delegated by the CEO, with technical-administrative decision-making autonomy and direction.
  • Manages the company's staff and adopts any disciplinary measures and dismissals, within the limits and in the manner established by the laws and collective labor agreements and in accordance with the agreement with the CEO
  • It ensures the hiring of workers, clerical workers and managers, with the exception of managers, on the basis of the general guidelines and methods established by the employment contracts.
  • Determines staff promotions within the contractually envisaged categories, in agreement with the CEO.
  • It ensures the implementation of technical investments, tenders and supplies in general by signing the relevant contracts for individual amounts within the limits of the delegated powers.
  • Fulfills the obligations prescribed by law on the employer in terms of safety, hygiene at work, workers' health and environmental protection, with the right to delegate these obligations to managers or qualified internal or external collaborators.
  • He supervises the progress of the liquor factory and those who work there, agreeing on the production/sales objectives on a constant basis together with the Production Manager (Liquor Factory) and the Sales Manager.
  • Procures the purchases of pomace and raw materials with the support of the CEO and the technical team
  • Verifies the achievement of the established production/sales objectives (Liquor factory) and the correct management of the budget, both on the cost and quantity side.
  • Attends trade fairs and events in the sector when necessary and supports the Sales Manager in their planning.
  • Presents a budget on an annual basis to be submitted to the CEO and Board of Directors for approval
