    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    We are currently seeking an Italian Customer Care Agent based in Greece. This entry-level position requires no experience, as fully paid training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing top-notch customer service. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing information about our products and services.
