- You will join the team of SEO & Traffic conversion and in particular in the management of all the activities related to improve Sisal positioning on App Stores and Search engines, reporting directly to the SEO Manager;
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in working alongside the SEO Manager and support her in all ongoing activities between the various Sisal teams involved (UX / UI, Design, Content, Product, Marketing, IT, Systems, Legal) and partner Agencies. You will take care of drafting requisition documents, keeping the progress of activities, verifying releases, reporting any problems to the various reference IT teams, making presentations. You will participate in the alignment and project meetings with the various cross-functional teams, will check all the reports connected to the projects as well as keep up to date on the various algorithm releases that impact searches on Google and the APP Stores and propose any strategy changes. You will analyze competitors to constantly monitor the situation of our market on search engines, will monitor the trend of search volumes for the kw of the reference market.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in SEO agencies and / or companies in the same role);
- You have excellent knowledge of HTML - CSS, of the main CMS (indicate which ones) of analytics platforms and autonomy in consultation and in the elaboration of reports (indicate which platforms and the level of knowledge). Also Excellent knowledge of power point and excel is requirred.
- You are experienced in Tech SEO activities, in particular: monitoring and analysis of page loading performance (Core Web Vitals), crawl budget optimization, crawability and idexability optimization of websites, optimization of dynamically generated content and optimized iframe management
- You have good relationship and listening skills, excellent propensity to work in a team together with precision and punctuality in meeting deadlines. Good ability to work in stressful situations. Curiosity and spirit of initiative;
- Knowledge of SEO / ASO dynamics and web marketing strategies, knowledge of web ranking algorithms and their evolution, knowledge of UX and mobile and of the main SEO diagnostic tools and web analytics. In addition, we require you to know SEO copywriting techniques;
- You are fluent in italian and english, both written and spoken.
