- Dettaglio e redazione analisi di costi diretti ed indiretti per i progetti di edilizia (ospedaliera, residenziale, industriale, commerciale, etc.);
- Analisi dei cicli delle lavorazioni degli edifici per la determinazione dei costi e produttività unitarie;
- Composizione finale del costo e del Top Summary Sheet;
- Coordinamento di tutte le attività di computazione e pricing;
- Interfaccia con staff tecnico, procurement e vari servi di sede per la determinazione dei costi totali del progetto.
- Diploma di Geometra e/o Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o equipollente;
- Pregressa esperienza di 3-5 anni in attività di preventivista e/o analista costi in progetti di edilizia complessa;
- Conoscenza dei principali software di analisi costi e preventivazione (PriMus, STR Vision). esperienza in contabilità e gestione dei temi economici;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.;
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali.
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione di più compiti contemporaneamente, e spiccata attitudine al problem solving;
- Capacità di prendere iniziative autonomamente in funzione al ruolo e alle attività;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di gestione dei rapporti interpersonali, e propensione al lavoro in team.
