    Mercer is seeking candidates based in our Italian office to expand the team internationally on a path of rapid growth offering an exciting and fruitful opportunity in Milan or Rome as People Tax & Labor Tax and Social Security Consultant, under the responsibility of the People Tax & Labor Practice Leader.

    We will count on you for:

    • Expatriate payroll advisory
    • Expatriate tax compliance and advisory services
    • Social security compliance and advisory
    • High net worth and Executive tax services
    • Employment tax
    • Equity and Incentives tax advisory

    What you need to have:

    • Master Degree in Law or Economics
    • 2+ years of experience in international and complex organizations
    • Lawyers, Chartered Accountants or Labor Consultant Registration or in the Registration aa Trainee of the same professional association
    • Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish, Chinese or French will be considered as a plus)
    • Feeling comfortable in international environments and can also handle rapid change
    • You value high quality delivery and you like to work in a fast pace organization, but you are also a team player
    • You are available to join us as an independent contractor (i.e. with a "Partiva Iva"/Self-employed contract).
