Come Chef de partie ti unirai alle squadre dei due hotel nei mesi di Giugno, Luglio e Agosto beneficiando di vitto e alloggio e contribuendo alla realizzazione di un servizio di eccellenza e di qualità per i nostri Ospiti. Maggiori responsabilità - Supportare lo Chef e il Sous Chef nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane - Cooperare con la brigata per fornire un servizio di alto livello - Collaborare in maniera proattiva al fine di incrementare la soddisfazione dell'Ospite, soddisfando per tempo le richieste - Contribure al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e qualitativi di reparto - Rispettare e verificare quanto previsto dalle norme igieniche e di sicurezza alimentare e quanto previsto a livello aziendale - Costruire solide relazioni professionali con i colleghi - Comprovata esperienza, passione per il settore e customer attitude - Autonomia, dinamicità e creatività - Problem solving e ottima gestione dello stress - Integrità e serietà professionale - Voglia di mettersi in gioco in un ambiente che richiede eccellenza, impegno ed energia; - Conoscenza base dei sistemi informatici - Buone capacità di comunicazione e conoscenza della lingua inglese Role: Chef de Partie Job Type: Permanent , Full Time Location: Milan, Apply for this job now.
