- Creare e presidiare il centro di competenza relativo al know how sull'integrazione tra sviluppo Fonti Rinnovabili (RES) e produzione di Idrogeno verde
- Strutturare e definire analisi di benchmarking relative alla mappatura e comprensione dello sviluppo dei progetti RES e progetti di produzione di Idrogeno verde in Italia e nelle aree di interesse per la Società rispetto alle principali dimensioni industriali e tecnologiche (e.g. sizing, capex, opex, load factors, controparti coinvolte) in collaborazione con la funzione Strategy
- Supportare sulle attività chiave rispetto alla definizione della strategia Idrogeno e CCS (i.e. elaborazione market survey con principali industriali interessati in collaborazione altre funzioni aziendali, analisi specifiche sulla Willingness to Pay)
- Presidiare ed integrare la modellistica tecno-economica per stimare gli indicatori di progetto su cui il top management prende decisioni (business plan tecnico ed economico, calcolo costo tecnico e calcolo levelized cost of energy/hydrogen) in collaborazione con le funzioni di origination e area CFO
- Supportare il management in progetti di business specifici assieme alla funzione di origination
- Esperienza di almeno tre/due anni nel ruolo di business analyst/consultant nell'ambito di (i) primarie società di consulenza specializzate nel settore Energy & Infrastructure o (ii) primarie società operanti nello sviluppo di rinnovabili/idrogeno verde , o (iii) istituzioni di ricerca specializzate nel settore Energy & Infrastructure nella divisione rinnovabili/idrogeno verde
- Richieste competenze di (i) valutazione tecnica di progetti rinnovabili/energy (i.e. comprensione/mappatura studi di fattibilità capex/opex/efficiency) (ii) relativo modeling industriale ed economico (i.e. calcolo LCOH/calcolo business plan in Excel) (iii) competenze di elaborazione presentazioni a supporto delle decisioni del management
- Conoscenza consolidata suite Office (excel, ppt e word)
- Richiesto inglese fluente ed italiano fluente
- Richiesto percorso di Laurea di natura scientifica (e.g. ingegneria, economia, fisica, matematica)
- Gradite competenze di project management certificate (e.g. Agile, Lean certification, PIM certification) e competenze di modeling avanzato (e.g. python), nonché conoscenza dei principali business model e regolazione del mondo Rinnovabili e mondo Idrogeno in Italia ed in Europa
- Imprenditorialità, attitudine alle sfide e a lavorare per progetti
- Affidabilità, atteggiamento proattivo e curioso
- Ottime abilità di problem solving, pianificazione delle attività e gestione delle scadenze
