- identify and target business opportunity within the Property LoB marketspace;
- structure and place reinsurance protections related to Property line of business, negotiating terms at international level;
- contribute to build reinsurance/insurance solutions to meet Client needs;
- conduct comprehensive analysis of the Property reinsurance market, including evaluating capacity, pricing, and underwriting guidelines in order to approach the international market properly;
- identify potential reinsurers and negotiate terms and conditions to secure optimal reinsurance coverage for clients;
- prepare and present submissions to reinsurers, highlighting the unique aspects of the risk and advocating for favorable terms;
- coordinate contract negotiations and amendments with reinsurers and clients, addressing any discrepancies or concerns;
- stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the Property reinsurance sector.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- years' experience in the insurance industry (Insurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers), especially in market facing roles at international level;
- knowledge of Property insurance and/or reinsurance products, underwriting principles, and risk assessment techniques;
- commercial and relationship skills;
- problem solving and analytic skills;
- ability to negotiate at international level;
- excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages. Third foreign language would be considered as a plus.
