- Ha la responsabilità della mappatura del territorio, del prospecting e dell'analisi del posizionamento della concorrenza
- Promuove azioni di business development e attività di fidelizzazione della clientela
- Promuove azioni di cross selling
- Sviluppa una relazione di partnership per i clienti fornendo loro consulenza e supporto nella implementazione e gestioni di cambiamenti organizzativi e di contesto giuridico-normativo
- Redige le offerte commerciali sui servizi al cliente in accordo con le direttive commerciali.
- Gestisce la negoziazione e la relazione commerciale con il cliente.
- Si coordina con gli altri ruoli di filiale al fine di erogare il servizio al cliente.

- Assunzione diretta con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati al livello di competenza e autonomia della risorsa inserita;

RESPONSABILITA'
Il/La HR Business Developer ha la responsabilità di sviluppare commercialmente l'attività sul territorio di competenza, pianificando visite, implementando azioni di business development coerenti con la struttura del mercato del lavoro locale, oltre ad attività di fidelizzazione della clientela.
