- Understanding customer needs to deliver effective sales solutions.
- Acquiring new customer accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Follow-up on contacts, quotations, and sales proposals.
- Prospecting and cold calling activities.
- Conducting market analysis and researching customer accounts.
- Providing monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
- Updating the CRM (Salesforce) with all sales efforts.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Other sales-related tasks.
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Commerce, Economics, or related fields).
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum B2 level in English proficiency.
- Capability to identify, qualify, and close sales accounts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Readiness to work on-site and collaborate in small teams.
- Annual fixed compensation between 22,000€ to 25,000€ gross/year.
