We are on the lookout for a Commerciale Interno(Internal Sales - Farmer) to join our Sales team in Castelletto Monferrato (AL), Italy due to our rapid global expansion.

Tasks

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Understanding customer needs to deliver effective sales solutions.
• Acquiring new customer accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Follow-up on contacts, quotations, and sales proposals.
• Prospecting and cold calling activities.
• Conducting market analysis and researching customer accounts.
• Providing monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
• Updating the CRM (Salesforce) with all sales efforts.
• Reporting to the Sales Manager.
• Other sales-related tasks.

Requirements

Essential qualifications for this role are:

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Commerce, Economics, or related fields).
• Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum B2 level in English proficiency.
• Capability to identify, qualify, and close sales accounts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Readiness to work on-site and collaborate in small teams.
