    ATTIVITA'

    • Responsabile per l'usabilità del sito tramite tutti i touchpoint (digitali e Retail)
    • Responsabile per le attività di MarTech tramite definizione della roadmap di delivery di soluzioni innovative anche con verifica di fattibilità e applicabilità di soluzioni di partner/provider tecnologici con particolare focus sulla suite Adobe (AEM, AJO, CJA, Target, Analytics)
    • Responsabile della squad agile relativa alla manutenzione e sviluppo della sezione dell'area personale
    • Responsabile del team di Content Management
    • Responsabile per le attività SEO: monitoraggio delle keywords, creazione di contenuti volti a incrementare il posizionamento organico delle stesse, coordinamento con i fornitori esterni a supporto del processo.
    • Definizione e controllo dei Key Performance Indicator (KPI) relativi ai touchpoint anche tramite ideazione e produzione di dashboard in linea con le necessità di business
    • Guidare e supervisionare il team grafico per le attività grafiche digitali (produzione dei banner e di sviluppo degli asset ) e offline (rete dei negozi Retail)
    • Creazione ed implementazione di test multivariati o a/b per il miglioramento delle performance ed in particolare del conversion funnel, ottimizzando l'esperienza del cliente sul sito e le azioni di cross selling e di up selling.
    • Valuta la necessità di attualizzare l'immagine dell'azienda e di apportare modifiche alla Brand Identity.
    • Elabora un piano di brand sulla base di analisi di mercato, vincoli di produzione e concorrenti azioni di business al fine di garantire gli obiettivi di relaunch d'immagine.
    • Si coordina con le altre funzioni di business per implementare il piano di brand.
    • Verifica la coerenza e l'aderenza nell'uso della brand identity nella comunicazione, nei touchpoint digitali e nei punti Retail

    CARATTERISTICHE

    • Laurea in marketing/economia/ingegneria o cultura equivalente
    • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel marketing digitale (possibilmente aziende e-commerce) con documentabile esperienza nella gestione di risorse
    • Conoscenza approfondita di almeno una delle principali piattaforme di digital experience (requisito preferenziale la suite Adobe)
    • Gradita la conoscenza della metodologia Agile
    • Spiccata propensione all'approccio quantitativo nelle analisi
    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
